One pane, two panes, three — and a rung below them that costs nothing. Per plant, per year. Prices exclude GST (18 %), and every plan includes a 30-minute setup session with a person who gets your price list in.
Quote and nothing else. A customer, a simple price list, the chargeable size sheet, a PDF you send yourself, and the cutting optimiser to plan the quote on your own sheet sizes. One user, 200 quotes and revisions a month, free for 30 days — and for another 30, twice over, whenever you say you want it.
The office. An enquiry becomes a priced quote becomes a cut plan — lead capture and pipeline, measurement, the whole quote builder, your catalogue and price list, and the optimiser.
Plus what actually happened. Production by bench, consumption, product BOQ, stock, GRN, job work, waste, purchase, dispatch and delivery proof — and the rest of the CRM.
Plus what it earned. The whole accounts section: ledgers, the GST gate, e-way bills, e-invoices, Tally sync, reconciliation and every report.
Thirty days. On the last few days the app asks you one question — close the account, or keep it another thirty. You can answer yes twice, so 90 days in all. We ask rather than renewing quietly because a man who says he wants to keep it is worth knowing about, and a man who does not should not be billed by a timer. Stopping deletes nothing: your quotes, your price list and your customers stay readable and printable, and you can start again where you left off.
Above the users your plan includes. Counted on active logins at month end.
The first one is free with every account, including free ones. Four for ₹5,000 (₹1,250 each), and every rupee comes off your first invoice if you take a plan within 30 days.
Bill and statement reading, WhatsApp intent and replies, drafted content — on skalen's own Gemini key, so you never manage one. A platform fee in any month you use it, nothing in a month you do not, plus what you use:
| Input tokens | ₹39.60 / million |
| Output tokens | ₹330 / million |
Google's rate plus 50 %. A typical WhatsApp reply is under a thousand tokens.
Meta charges per message by category. You pay Meta's rate plus 50 %, only for messages sent. Replies inside the 24-hour customer window are free. Free accounts send none — you download the PDF and send it yourself.
| Category | Meta | You pay |
|---|---|---|
| marketing | ₹0.7846 | ₹1.1769 |
| utility | ₹0.115 | ₹0.1725 |
| authentication | ₹0.115 | ₹0.1725 |
| service | ₹0 | ₹0 |
Meta's per-message rates are Meta's and change when Meta changes them; your bill always shows the rate applied. A monthly invoice carries the plan, any additional users, AI services if used (the fee and the tokens), and the messages sent — with GST.
